Informative note on the Italian Legislative Decree n° 196 of 30 June 2003
According to the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, regarding privacy and personal data protection, Hotel Villa Undulna owned by Versilia N.G. s.r.l. based in Cinquale, viale Marina, 1, as “Owner” of the above mentioned data processing, is obliged to supply information on its use of customers’ personal data.
1 Source of Personal Data. Data owned by us are directly collected from the person. All personal data you provide us is subject to treatment with respect to the
Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the confidentiality, which is always part of our services.
2 Aims of Processing. Collection and treatment of customers’ personal data (such as, for example: name, surname, address, identity document, VAT, Fiscal Code, Bank account/accounts details) are needed for the following purposes:

To offer the requested accommodation and supply the relative services (messages and calls delivery);

For promotional activities: such as keeping the customer informed on new offers, activities, services, etc.
Consent to the processing of your personal data for purposes listed in A) is voluntary; however, a refusal will imply not to be able to deal with the customer and consequently not to be able to meet the customer’s needs; consent to the processing of your personal data for purposes listed in B) is voluntary and the customer may at any time exercise his/her free right to contest, totally or partially, its use for the mentioned purposes.
3 Methods of personal data processing. With regard to the mentioned purposes, personal data processing is carried out via paper or electronic means with a logic strictly linked to its aims and, however, in such a way as to guarantee the security and privacy of the data.

Section 7 We wish to inform you that Section 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 guarantees you specific rights. In particular, you can obtain the owner’s confirmation of the existence or non-existence of your personal data and that such data shall be placed at your disposal in intelligible form. You have the right to be informed of the source of such personal data as well as the logic and the purposes on which the processing is based; to obtain the erasure, the anonymization or the blocking of data for reasons legitimate to the processing.
