pool for swimming at the temperature of 29° and a small pool for relax at
the temperature of 34°; the cap is obligatory), 1 Sauna or 1 Turkish bath
per person per day (when booked in advance) fitness centre, tennis and
mini soccer grounds, bikes; car parking is also available free of charge.

machine are available in every apartment.
A special agreement ca be made
with “Terme della Versilia” Restaurant located in the same park.
Rates
include:
Electric Power, water and gas consumption.
Twice a
week cleaning for more than one week permanence, once a week for one week
permanence (kitchen cleaning excluded).
Use of the swimming pool filled
with thermal water, tennis court, 5-a-side court and Gym is included in the
prices.

Confirmation policy
In order to confirm the booking a 30% down payment in earnest (deposit) is
needed. Such payment can be done through a bank transfer or though a written
authorization to debit the amount on a credit card, indicating name of card
owner and expiry date
Cancellation policy
In case of No Show or arrival after the booked date, the guest must pay the
reserved services.
In case of cancellation before booked arrival date, the following provision
will be applied:
- In case of cancellation within 30 days before booked date, the deposit
will be returned, a maximum of Euro 50,00 will be retained for refund cost.
- In case of cancellation within 15 days before booked arrival date, the
deposit will be valid for another reservation on the same year, upon request.
- After this deadlines the deposit will be retained.
- In case of early departure, the remaining cost of the stay will be charged
